A 20-year-old man told officers he was shot while walking Monday night, Little Rock police said.
Officers responded to St. Vincent Hospital, where the man told officers he was walking on Hilario Springs Road close to Pine Cone Drive when he was struck by a bullet, according to an incident report.
The man had a gunshot wound in his right hand/arm, police said.
