Police have identified the man fatally shot on Par Drive in Little Rock on Friday, Little Rock police said.
The man has been identified as Braxton Hale, 28, Little Rock police said in a tweet Tuesday.
Shaylaya Khabeer 23, of Little Rock was initially faced with domestic battery charges, though those charges were later upgraded to first-degree murder after Hale died, police said.
