A 24-year-old Jacksonville man serving a 15-year prison sentence on marijuana-trafficking charges arising out of the investigation into last year's shooting in Dumas that killed one man and injured 26 others has pleaded guilty to drug, gun and insurance fraud charges, among other offenses, in Pulaski County.
