Texarkana, Texas couple recounts how Arkansas friend, Westerman helped in return from Israel

WASHINGTON -- It began as a typical trip for Michael Richardson and Betty Feir.

The Texarkana, Texas, couple has made regular trips to Israel since their daughter and her husband moved to the country in 1990.
