The Shorty Smalls Cheese Stick Factory food trailer had a soft opening over Labor Day weekend on The Lot at Fourth Street and Broadway, North Little Rock, selling Shorty Small's trademark cheese sticks. It'll make its official debut Sept. 17 at the Main Street Food Truck Festival.

When Shorty Small's closed in February 2022 at 11100 N. Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, managing partner David Rackley announced that it would be moving to an at-the-time-undetermined new location, stirring hopes ever since that the restaurant would eventually reopen.
