SPRINGDALE -- Northwest Technical Institute will provide students with new areas of study beginning in January.
Jim Rollins, the school's president, on Thursday told the school's Board of Directors that Northwest Technical Institute will begin offering classes in aviation technology, cosmetology, phlebotomy and medical assistance.
