Robert Ernest Franz, age 45, of Mena passed away Saturday, July 31, 2010 in Mena, Ark. Memorial service will be Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. in the Beasley-Wood Chapel with Brother Max Deaton officiating. Military honors will be rendered by United States Navy and the Polk County Veterans.
