Thelma Ann Greer, 79, of Benton, passed away August 2, 2010. She was born July 19, 1931 in El Dorado, Arkansas to the late Percy and Ruth Seale. Ann was a member of the First Christian Church of Benton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.R. Greer; brother, John Thomas Seale and sister, Ruth Jean Dumas. She is survived by two sons, Richard Greer and wife Kizmi of North Little Rock and John Robert Greer and wife Laura of Lonoke; two sisters, Mary Jo Humphries of Lake Jackson, Texas and Linda Marie DeMann of Shreveport, Louisiana and six grandchildren, Barrett (Lindsey), Grayson, Theresa Ann, Jonathon, Mary Katherine and Calvin Greer.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 4 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, August 5 at First Christian Church, 16218 I-30 at Pinewood Dr. Exit 117 in Benton, with burial at Pine Crest Memorial Park.
