Carla Jane Collins, 63, of Beebe, Arkansas, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010. She was a retired bookkeeper for the City of Ward. She was the second daughter of Leonard and Bessie DeLong Langley. She is survived by her two sons, Anthony Fletcher and Rodney Fletcher; one daughter, Kelly Burroughs; four grandchildren; all of Beebe; two sisters, Ellen (Danny) Patrom of El Paso and Joye Ramsey of Mayflower.
