Charles Randolph (Randy) Booe, age 51, of Hazen, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at his home. He was born February 10, 1959, the son of LeRoy Q. Booe, Sr. and Geraldine Hall Booe. Randy was a member of the Hazen First United Methodist Church. His life's work was in aerial agriculture as a crop duster, co-owner of B&D Flying Service, salesman for a major chemical and fertilizer company and in later years served as field rep for the farming community.
Randy is survived by his wife, Karen Hankins Booe; step-son and family, Lee,Mary, Jordan, and Kristen Larkan of Greenland, Arkansas; his mother; brother, LeRoy Booe (Karon) of Lonoke; two sisters, Maribeth Alexander (Lynn) of Little Rock and Jeri Duch (David) of Hazen, and seven nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, August 6, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church in Hazen. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, August 5, 2010 at the Hazen Community Center in Hazen. Memorials may be made to the Hazen First United Methodist Church, P.O.
