Ouida Annette Bayird, 72, of Monticello passed away on August 3, 2010 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday August 7 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel, with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.
