William Amon Jenkins, 90, of North Little Rock died in Shawnee, Okla. on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010. He was born June 21, 1920 in Haskell County, Oklahoma. He was a member of Levy United Methodist Church and the Order of Eagles. He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn (Jack) King, of Shawnee, Okla.; son-in-law, Larry Passmore, of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alzina Jenkins and daughter, Sherry Passmore-Shinn. A graveside service will be held 11:30 a.m., Monday at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
