A celebration of life for Clara Lammers Clark, age 72, will be held at Griffin Funeral Home in Dumas, Arkansas on Sunday, August 15, 2010. Visition will be held from 1:00 – 3:00pm with services following. Clara went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 12th in Natchez, MS after a challenging battle with pulmonary disease. Clara is a retired Assistant Vice President from Bank of America in Little Rock, AR. She lived most of her adult life in North Little Rock and Cabot, Arkansas. She was born in Stuttgart, AR on January 30, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Eno Lammers and Wilma Hockings Lammers. She is survived by three daughters; Kathy Halley and husband, Mike of Natchez, MS; Kay Briggs and husband, Jim of Baton Rouge, LA; and Kim Clark of Vidalia, LA; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Halley, Jason Halley, Ashley Halley, Keri Sessions, Matthew Bullen, Zachery Briggs and Ryan Briggs; her dog Missy; 2 brothers, Clarence Lammers and wife, Shelia of Charleston, SC; Charles Lammers of Stuttgart, Ar; three sisters, Carolyn Maier and husband, Kenneth of Stuttgart, AR; Claudia Wilson of Hot Springs, AR and Susan Goodwin of Avon, CT. Clara had the wonderful ability to live life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by many people whose lives she touched in so many different ways. We were all very blessed by knowing her and loving her and will miss her greatly.
