Cedric Wayne Bogard Jr.

Cedric Wayne Bogard Jr., age 18, of Hickory Plains passed away on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010. He was born June 2, 1992, in Searcy to Michelle Bottorff and Cedric Bogard Sr. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Brenda Bottorff; great-aunt, Bobbie Ogle; and great-uncle, Bud Ogle. He is survived by his parents, Michelle Bottorff of Hickory Plains and Cedric Bogard Sr. of Jacksonville; half-sister, Brianna Fudge of Jacksonville; step-father, Cedric Jones of Hickory Plains; grandfather, Glen Bottorff; aunt, Sandy Dennler; uncle, Richard Dennler; and cousin, Richard Dennler Jr., all of Floyd; aunts, Gloria Heard and Karen Johnson of Carlisle and Betty Terry of Lonoke; uncle, David Bogard of Los Angeles, Calif.; aunt, Janet Powell of California; along with other family members and dear friends. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, 2010, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, at Charity Baptist Church in Ward with interment immediately following at Floyd Cemetery in Floyd.
