JoAnn C. Brown, 65, of Shirley, Ark., passed away Aug. 8, 2010. Jo was born in Little Rock, Ark. Jo is preceded by her parents Sterling Boone and Bertha Boone. Jo is survived by her husband Kerry Brown; her daughter, Debra Samples; and her son, James Brown; also her two grandchildren Justin and Derik Huber and a great-grandson, Aiden Huber.
