Lois Francis Byers

Lois Francis Byers, a current resident of Cabot, formerly of Wynne and Brinkley, departed this life, Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at her home. She was born, March 5, 1942, in Hillemann, the daughter of Welby and Nellie Daniels Woods. Mrs. Byers was a member of the White Hall United Methodist Church and bookkeeper for the farm. She enjoyed raising Clydesdale horses, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Jimmy Byers. Lois is survived by one son: Colon Hutchison of Wynne, one daughter: Becky Ferguson and husband Kelly of Cabot, three brothers: Larry Woods of St. Charles, Jerry Woods of Hillemann and Terriwade Woods of Olive Branch, and four grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted, Friday, August 20, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Thompson-Wilson Wynne Funeral Home. Interment will follow at White Hall Cemetery, in McCrory.
