Cecil Miles Buffalo Jr., 65, of Hot Springs passed away Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010. He was born Nov. 28, 1944 in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Cecil Miles Sr. and Melba Rose Buffalo. He was previous owner of Buffalo Oil Company. Cecil had an art degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and performed the song Big Red for the Razorbacks. He is survived by his sons, Cecil Miles Buffalo III of Mt. Pine and Shawn C. Buffalo, of Anderson, Mo.; sister, Shearon Pearson; grandsons, Lauren, Aaron, Tristan, Corbin and Lane Buffalo and Dalton and Kori Wetherington; and niece, Samantha Moscheck. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Connie Jean Buffalo. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Monday at Edgewood Memorial Park.
