Dee Ann Lucas

Dee Ann Lucas, 52, of Camden died Friday, Aug. 20 at Ouachita County Medical Center. She was a devoted mother, a member of First United Methodist Church in Camden and was employed at Ouachita County Medical Center. She was also a member of Camden Junior Auxilliary and worked with the First United Methodist Church Youth Group. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ted Lucas Jr. and a sister Mary Alice Onofrey. She is survived by two sons, Buck Lucas of San Diego, Calif., and Christian Lucas of Camden, Ark., a daughter, Rachel Rowlett and husband Damon of Camden, her mother JoAnn Newcomb and husband Dick of Camden, her father Bill Roberts and wife Patricia of Houston, Texas, two sisters Natalie Warner of Camden, and Neely Taylor of Houston, Texas, a grandaughter Elizabeth Ann Rowlett and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with entombment at Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Buddy Ratliff will officiate the service. Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
