Ralph Edward Loftis

Ralph Edward Loftis Sr., 66, of Little Rock died Sunday. Survivors include his four children; Rodney Loftis and Eddie Loftis, both of Little Rock, Randy Loftis of Fort Smith and Pamela Loftis Cannon of Alamogordo, New Mexico; two sisters, three brothers, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
