Jerry Tillman Collier, age 69, died at his home in Hayward, Calif. on June 19, 2010. He was the son of the late Neal and Jewell [Witherspoon] Collier of McCrory, Ark. He is survived by his sister, Val Jean [Colllier] Reed, daughters, Catherine Collier and Jennifer [Collier] Monroy, son-in-law, Ricardo Monroy, and grandchildren, Matthew and Abigail Monroy all of Memphis, Tenn., and by his friend and companion Diane Kinshofer of Hayward, Calif. The family requests that any memorials be made to St. Jude Hospital for Children in Memphis, Tenn. A memorial service for friends and family will be held at 11 a.m., August 28, 2010 at the Thompson Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in McCrory. The service is open to everyone.
