Rochelle Alane Johnston Vail, 50, of Houston, Ark. went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 21, 2010. She was born August 18, 1960, in Wichita, Kansas. Rochelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter.
She is survived by her husband Jimmy Vail of Houston, Ark.; her son, Jason Culpepper and his wife Rachel of Sherwood, Ark.; her daughter, Tara Kaup of Houston, Ark.; her grandson, Carter; her parents Bob and Diane Johnston of Houston, Ark. formerly of North Little Rock, Ark. and two sisters, Renae Johnston of Houston, Ark. and Renita Johnston Watts of Titusville, Fla.
Rochelle was born into a military family living all over the United States and Rome, Italy during her high school years.
