Holly Ann Harville McDougal, 38, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, November 29, 2010, in a local hospital. She was born October 7, 1972, in Texarkana, Texas, and was a paralegal. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church, the Junior League, and was a 2007 Volunteer of the Year for the Texarkana Race for the Cure for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip McDougal, and her step-father, Jack "Buddy" Williams. She is survived by one daughter, Gracie McDougal of Texarkana, Texas; her parents, Linda Williams and Randy Harville of Texarkana; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ben and Cathy Harville of Little Rock, Ark., and Jonathan and Brittany Still of Conway, Ark.; one sister, Neelie Harville of Texarkana, Ark.; her grandparents, Eugene and Nancy Hodge of Texarkana; one niece, Scarlett Still of Conway, Ark.; and a number of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2010, at Beech Street First Baptist Church with the Revs. Dianne Brown and Susan Arnold officiating under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
