Georgie Thelma Bruner 96, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Ozark Health Nursing Center Clinton, Arkansas. She was born April 7, 1914 at Kentucky to the late Oric Noris and Norma J. (Herndon) McMaster. Born to Scotch-Irish immigrants, in Kentucky. Traveled in a covered wagon to Arkansas, with her parents, grandparents, two uncles and sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband Elbert W. Bruner, parents, Oric and Norma McMaster, three sisters, Captola Lemay, Jenna McMaster, and Billie Horn all of Cabot, Ark.; grandson, Michael Adams of Memphis, Ark. She is survived by her children, Elbert W. Bruner Jr. of Mexico; Norma Anne Hare of California; Sue Solley of Memphis; Carole Gilliam of Clinton, Ark.; and Jo Carter of Ruston, La.; 10 grandchildren, Kaylon Vinh Tran of Nashville, Tenn.; Leanna Bruner of Jackson, Miss.; Marissa Bruner of Mississiippi; David Hare of California; Charlene Constanine of Pennsylvania; Russell Brent Adams of Fordyce, Ark.; Jeff Adams of Clinton, Ark.; Sandra Wilkinson of Conway, Ark.; Linda Cullum of Springhill, Ark.; Nancy Raggio of Maumelle, Ark.; and Skip Carter of Ruston, La.; 11 great- grandchildren, Kendrick Vinh Tran, Keaton Vinh Tran, Alana Adams, Dean Adams, Madison Adams, Weston Adams, Lane Cullum, Tara Cullum, Shelby Raggio, David Raggio, Jessica Raggio. Pallbearers: Jeff Adams, Rusty Adams, Lane Cullum, Dean Adams, Weston Adams, Madison Adams, and Skip Carter. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, December 3, 2010 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas. Funeral Service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Clinton United Methodist Church with Pastor Vaughn Marsden officiating. Burial will follow at Hunter Hill Cemetery.
