WILLIS J. "DANNY" DANIELS, 86, of North Little Rock, passed away early morning of Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010. Mr. Daniels was born to Richard R. and Rachel Daniels of Rushing, Ark. on June 12, 1924. Danny was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings. Danny was a member Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. As a Mason he received his 50 year pin, he was member of Crescent Lodge and Past Master of Rose City Masonic Lodge. Danny was very active in Lions International and Rotary Clubs. He actively sang in the Church Choir and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Largene Doss Daniels; two daughters, Margaret A. Richter and husband, Bill of Sherwood and Debra L. Gauntt, Lake Dallas, Texas; three grandsons, Lance Toler of Bryant, Danny Toler of Sherwood and Barry Gauntt of Lake Dallas, Texas; two great-grandchildren; Madalyn and Hayden Toler of Bryant. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010 at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Monday, Dec. 6, 2010 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home (501-791-7400).
