Bobby L. Parks, 75, of Piggott, Ark., died Dec. 6, 2010. Survivors his wife, Mary Sue; three children, Ronnie, Dianne and Pamela. Services are Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010 at 10 a.m. in Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Ark. Burial in Williams Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday at 10 a.m.
