Phyllis Courtney West, 63, of Rogers formerly of Blytheville passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home.
