Carmelita (Cullins) Bailey

Carmelita (Cullins) Bailey, 70, of McRae, Arkansas, was born August 28, 1940, at Batesville, Arkansas, to Georgetta (Rushing) Stipe and J.S. Cullins, and she died Monday, December 13, 2010. She was a precious lady with a giving heart. Carmelita is survived by two sons, Louie "Tray" Bailey and Larry Bailey (Tosha), all of McRae; one daughter, Tanya Bailey-Whitaker of Beebe; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Cheryl Christine Clowers. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
