Hurrle Nichols Seitz, 95, of Little Rock, loving husband, father and grandfather, died in Hot Springs Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Born December 18, 1914 to the late Della and George Seitz, he worked in aviation since graduating from Little Rock High School. As he was known by many, "AB" retired from Central Flying Service and Seitz Sales to be with family in Hot Springs. He was a hard working, frugal individual with a multitude of talents and was always eager to help anyone. During his life, Hurrle set an example for us all on how to treat people. He never met a stranger and every life he touched was changed by his gentle heart, kind spirit and non-stoppable silliness. He enjoyed tinkering on his boat, fishing, cooking and his cats. He is preceded in death by his wife Maureen of 71 years, his son Jim and grandson, Tim. Survivors include his daughter, Linda Burney (Jack), granddaughter, Lainie Spence (Bryan), Michele Nelson (John), Jamie Coughlin; five great-grandchildren, Jack and Georgia Nelson, Sheffield Spence and Erin and Sean Coughlin. Special thanks to "The Caring Place" and all his wonderful caretakers at Garland Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2010 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wooster, Arkansas with the Rev. Warren Stroud officiating. Hurrle maintained his sweet personality and happy smile even to the end and will surely be missed by his many friends and family.
