May Sharp Reaves, of Little Rock, passed away on December 14, 2010. She was born on the 9th of September 1923 to Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Sharp, Sr. She and her husband, Charles E. Reaves were married on the 16th of November 1946. They were married at Forest Park Methodist Church, now known as St. Paul Methodist Church. She has gone to this church since 1932 when she was nine years old. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles, her son, Charles E. (Chuck) Reaves Jr., one brother, Earl Sharp of Denton, Texas, nephews, Ken Sharp and Dean Traywick, nieces, Dana Traywick and Lisa Miller and sisters-in-law, Joan Platt and Shirley McCaleb. She worked for 40 years at the Arkansas Employees Security Division where she was a placement supervisor. The family wishes to thank Doctors, Jay Holland and Charles Carttar for taking such great care of May. We would also like to thank the nursing staff of St. Vincent's. Memorials may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church at 2223 Durwood Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72207. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock, Ark.
