Della Jo Cowart

Della Jo Cowart, 86, of Hope, Ark. passed away Dec. 17, 2010 after a long illness in Texarkana, Texas. She was born Oct. 31, 1924 in Emmet, Ark. to William D. "Bill" and Adell Steuart Marlar. Della Jo was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hope and a past officer in the VFW Women's Auxillary in Hope. Mrs. Cowart was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Mack W. Cowart, an infant son, Michael Owen Cowart, six sisters, and two brothers. Survivors include, a son, Chris Cowart, a brother, Steve Marlar, and a sister, Allie Marlar all of Hope.
