Clarice Fulton Helms

Clarice Fulton Helms age 92 of Arkadelphia died Friday, Dec. 17, 2010 in Arkadelphia. She was born Dec. 17, 1918 in Clark County the daughter of Otis and Emma Jane Malone Fulton. She was the owner of Helms Dairy Farm, member of the Clark County Extension Homemakers Club and a member of Baring Cross Missionary Baptist Church. She was the widow of Ross Helms. Survivors include two sons, Marvin Helms and his wife, Jane, and Richard Helms and his wife, Riki, all of Arkadelphia; one daughter, Kathy Fendley and her husband, Sammy, of Arkadelphia; one sister, Jean Deaton and her husband, Ray, of Fendley; nine grandchildren, Jody Helms and wife Chandra, Brian Helms, Kim Loy and husband Tony, Jerry Fendley, Derrick Helms, Leigh Helms, Ashley Helms, Zach Helms and Britany Winans; three great-grandchildren, Blake and Hannah Helms and Jacob Loy. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Reverends James Calhoun and Ronnie Hardin officiating. Burial will be in the Richland Cemetery. Visitation will be 7–9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
