Delma Faye Heggie

Delma Faye Heggie, 64, of Searcy died December 22nd, 2010 at her residence. She was born September 3rd, 1946 in Searcy to the late Carlton (Bunk) and Lillie (Emma) Watson Heggie. She was a social worker for the state of Oklahoma and was a member of the Mayfair Church of Christ in Oklahoma City before moving to Searcy. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, J.D. Heggie and Marlon Heggie. She is survived by two nieces, Rita Heggie of Searcy, Linda Gassaway and husband Steve, of Judsonia; one nephew, Mike Heggie and wife Meddie, of Brownsville, Texas. Visiting hours will be held Thursday, December 23rd from 6-8 p.m. at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel.
