Iva Forga, age 91, of Glenwood, died Monday, December 20, 2010. Services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, in the Mount Tabor Community Church with burial in the Mount Tabor Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
