Rosie Lee Billops, 91 of Stuttgart, formerly of Holly Grove, died Tuesday, Dec. 21 at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock. Five sons, five daughters, 31 grandchildren and a host of other relatives survive her. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 26 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Luke Baptist Church in Holly Grove.
