TULLIS CRAIG "T.C." ELROD, 88, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010. He was born April 3, 1922, in Bryant, Ark., to the late John Phillip and Eva Octavia Elrod. After 37 years of service, T.C. retired as the receiving department manager for Sears Roebuck and Company in Little Rock. He retired for the second time after 18 years of service as the shipping/receiving clerk at Stein Mart in Little Rock at the age of 80. T.C. was a life-long resident of Little Rock, and in 2009, he moved to Bismarck, Ark., to live with his son, Stan and his wife, Becky. He was an active member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Little Rock for the past 42 years. A very kind and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, he was someone you could always count on, and he was truly a member of the greatest generation. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Jean C. Elrod. Survivors include two sons, Steve C. Elrod of Fort Smith, Ark., and Stan Elrod and wife Becky of Bismarck, Ark.; four grandchildren, Christopher Elrod of Fort Smith, Rev. Brad Elrod and wife Beth of Newport, Ark., Melanie Bobo and husband Chris of Arkadelphia, Ark., and Michael Elrod and wife Crystal of Bismarck; four great-grandchildren, John and Reagan Elrod of Newport, Tyler Bobo of Arkadelphia, and Linkin Elrod of Bismarck; and two siblings, Don Elrod and wife Bonnie, and Peggy Bengston, all of Bryant, Ark. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ark., (501-455-1067). Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 4600 Baseline Rd., Little Rock, Ark., 72209, with his grandson, Rev. Brad Elrod officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew United Methodist Church, or to the American Cancer Society, 901 N.
