David A. Mishler, 72, of Bella Vista, Ark. died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center, Rogers, Ark. He was born Sept. 6, 1937 in Elkhart, Ind. to Laura and Maxwell Mishler.
David married Carole Jansen in 1957 in Phoenix, Ariz. He worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation for 26 years and after being promoted several times and moving with is wife and children to four different states, finally stayed in Memphis, Tenn. for 16 years. He was again transferred to Northwest Arkansas and bought a home in Bella Vista.
David retired from Kimberly-Clark in 1993 and then decided to go into real estate. He was a broker for RE/MAX until 2008 and then became the broker/manager for Crye-Leike Realtors in Bella Vista. When Dave was younger, he loved to fish and hunt. He played tennis and golf.
He is survived by his wife, Carole; daughter, Cathy Mishler Keeling; his son, Michael Mishelr and his wife, Angela McCollum Mishler and three grandsons, Will Wright, Alex Keeling and Andrew Mishler.
A visitation will be on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 2 p.m. with the service following at 3 p.m. at the Bella Vista Community Church with Reverend Richard Lindman officiating. Burial will follow at the Bella Vista Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
