Betty Sue Holloway

BETTY SUE HOLLOWAY, 66, of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away on July 7, 2010. She's preceded in death by her husband, Roosevelt Holloway; both parents, Otis Watson and Elzada Holden-Combs; two brothers, Sedell Bailey and Charles Holt; and two sisters, Marva Dodson and Vickie White. Her loving survivors include two sons, Calvin Edward Bailey of Dallas, Texas., and Rodney Lamont Sanders of North Little Rock, Ark.; two daughters, Shelia Denise Holloway-Brown of Sherwood, Ark., and Catherine Holloway of Memphis, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; five brothers, Earnest Bailey of Memphis, Tenn., Carl Edward Bailey of Lincoln, Neb., Jessie Watson of Los Angeles, Calif., Luther Watson and Elijah Watson both of North Little Rock, Ark.; six sisters, Brenda Willis of Sherwood, Ark., Connie Combs-Smith of North Little Rock, Ark., Ozetta Hightower of North Little Rock, Ark., Gloria Galloway of North Little Rock, Ark., Mable Stevenson and Bobbie Jean Jones of Los Angeles, Calif.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other loving relatives and special friends. A celebration of Betty's life will be Saturday, July 17, 2010, 11 a.m., at Pilgrim Progress Baptist Church, 1301 North Magnolia St., NLR, Ark. Interment will follow at St. Matthew Cemetery, Kerr, Ark. Visitation will be Friday, July 16, 2010, 7:30-8:30 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
