Lorene Wyers Garner

Lorene Wyers Garner, 84, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, July 12, 2010. She was a member of Levy Church of Christ for 55 years. Lorene loved her church and church family. Crocheting was her hobby and she used it to bless others. She was the potluck queen and her specialty was her pies. Her wit and humor will be missed. She is survived by her son, Billy Don Garner and wife, Nancy, of Sherwood; daughter, Linda Kay Blevins, of North Little Rock; granddaughters, Connie Bartlett and husband, Matt and Carrie Carbonaro and husband, Nick; grandsons, Robert L. Blevins and Jared L. Blevins and wife, Mary; great-grandchildren, Morgan Carbonaro, and Nathan Blevins; brother, Billy Wyers, of Clarksville; brother-in-law, Carl L. Gaines, of North Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Garner and sister, Ouida Gaines. Memorials may be made to Levy Church of Christ, 5124 Camp Robinson Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday at Levy Church of Christ. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park.
