Levy "Dr. Pepper Red" Blagg, 89, of Blytheville passed away July 12, 2010. Services will be July 16, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation will be July 15, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
