Geneva Corkill-Scroggin, 88, of Maumelle, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on July 14th, 2010. She was employed by J.C. Penny's for 38 years and a member of Park Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, E.S. Scroggin; son, David Scroggin of Hot Springs Village; daughter, Deanne Scroggin-Hooker and husband Mark of Maumelle; daughter in-law, Carolyn Scroggin of Wichita Falls, Texas; four sisters, Osa, Louise, Maxine and Nina; seven-grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by son, Eddie Dewayne Scorggins; grandson, David Lynn Scroggin; and granddaughter, Sara Elysha Wilson.
The Family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Hospice Home Care and St. Vincent's in Little Rock for all the wonderful care that was provided during Geneva's illness.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 17th, 2010 from 11:00 to 3:00 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock.
