Mary Evelyn Bennett, age 58, of Bryant, Arkansas died Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at her home. She was born July 23, 1951 in Cambridge, Ohio to her late parents Bob L. Rimmer and Mabel Morrison. Mary loved going to watch her children play sports and was known to all as, "Mama B". She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Robert "Bob" Bennett of Bryant, Ark.; three children, Leslie Dodd (Teddy) of Jonesboro, Ark., Daniel Bennett (Jessica) of Bryant, Ark. and Kelly Funderburk (Bo) of Clarksville, Ark.; one brother, James D. Rimmer of El Dorado, Ark. and three grandchildren, Regan and Riley Dodd and Hunter Bennett.
A Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2010 at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy. 5 North, Alexander, Ark. (501) 455-1067 with Brother John Casey officiating.
