Willard Eugene Bess, 79, of Blytheville died July 16, 2010. Services on July 20, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Cobb Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be July 19, 2010, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
