Anna Toth Bowling

Anna Toth Bowling, 90, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away peacefully on July 19th, 2010. She was born on April 2nd, 1920 in Holyoke, Massachusetts to her parents, Michael and Veronica Toth. Anna was one of eight children. She married Kilor Medford Bowling in New York City, NY on February 18th, 1950. They had two children. She was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Arkansas for 40 years and retired as a telephone operator from LRAFB. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kilor Medford Bowling; three sisters, Mary Toth, Julie Labate and Irene Bartniik; and, one brother, Paul Toth. Anna will be remembered by her loving children, Gayle Bowling of Cabot, Ark. and Joyce Coon of Rockford, Ill. She is also survived by a son-in-law, William Coon of Rockford, Ill., a sister, Helen Soltys of Holyoke, Mass. and two brothers, Michael Toth of Agawam, Mass. and John Toth of Granby, Mass.; along with many nieces and nephews and a number dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service of for Anna at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 29th , 2010 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd., North Little Rock, Ark. 72117 (501-835-3515). Internment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
