Michael James "Mike" Middleton

Michael James "Mike" Middleton, 60, formerly of Memphis, Tenn., died on July 16, 2010, at Washington Regional Medical Center from complications related to diabetes. He was born on July 4, 1950, in Osceola, Ark., the son of William Russell Middleton and Maxine Higgins Middleton Bryant, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother, William. R. "Rip" Middleton Jr. Mr. Middleton is survived by one daughter, Margaret O. "Maggie" Middleton of Jackson, Miss. and one sister, Cynthia R. "Cindy" Middleton of North Little Rock, Ark. He attended college at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and remained an avid Razorback fan throughout his life. Cremation arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel of Fayetteville, Ark. Memorials may be made to the Osceola Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 443, Osceola, Ark. 72370.
