Mother Lucy Romes, 77, of North Little Rock passed away July 18th. She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Tommy Jarrett, Carl Romes, Shirley Harper, Veronica Romes, Christine Wilson, Shardae Romes, and Mary Young; siblings, Hiawatha Lewis, Henry Parker, and Hosetta Parker.
