Michael Spillers, 68 of Fayetteville, died July 22, 2010 at Circle of Life Hospice center in Springdale, Ark. He was born March 19, 1942 in Mulberry, Ark. to William O. and Laberta (Craven) Spillers. Mike was a faithful witness of Jehovah for 53 years, having been baptized at the age of 15. Even after being over taken by illness, he enjoyed teaching others about the Bible. He also enjoyed good food, cooking, growing flowers, and spending time with family and friends. He will be sorely missed by family, many friends, spiritual brothers and sisters, and loyal employees. He was the owner and operator of Advanced Information Systems. He is survived by his wife; Melinda Spillers, of the home; eight children, Michelle Ferri (husband Peter) of Fayetteville, Ark., Michael Spillers of Long Beach, California, Kristin Henley of Branson, Missouri, Scott Spillers of West Hollywood, California, Ryan Spillers of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jennifer Mesko of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jessica Mesko of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Micah Spillers of the home, nine grandchildren, Peter Ferri, Isabella Ferri, Emmaline Spillers, Lillian Spillers, Tori Spillers, Blake Henley, Austin Henley, Levi Henley, and Kaylin Henley. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2010 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2837 Old Wire Road in Fayetteville with Brother Herbert Wight officiating.
