JIMMY CARLY WATTS, 67, of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, July 23, 2010. He was president of Arkansas Floral Association in 2006. He was a lifetime Arkansas Master Florist. He won numerous awards and recognition for his years of dedication to the Arkansas Florist Association. He will be missed by all his florist friends. Jimmy is preceded in death by his father, Carl T. Watts. He is survived by his mother, Mary L. Watts, of North Little Rock; and his faithful companion, Beau; cousins, Mary K. Mooney, Amber Mooney, Richard Watts, Alice Hilt, and Theda Hilt. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
