Helen Scheel

Helen W. Scheel, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2010. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock for 16 years and owner of Scheel Interiors in Oakdale, Louisiana. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Martin, of Ladson, South Carolina; son, Michael Scheel, of North Little Rock; two grandsons, Franklin Martin and Mark Martin; granddaughter, Marsha O'Donnell; eight great grandchildren; and two sisters, Hattie Burr and Doris Seaman, both of North Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Dorothy Welch; husband, William C. Scheel Jr.; sister, Hilda Martino and brother, James H. Welch. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday at First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
