Reba Davenport Beck

Reba Davenport Beck of Sheridan, Arkansas was born November 8, 1939 in Sheridan, Arkansas the daughter of the late Paul and Arrie Corley Davenport. She was a member of Lost Creek Missionary Baptist Church but attended First Landmark Baptist Church. She had retired from AT&T, had been the Office Manager for Central Arkansas Decorating in Sheridan and also had been employed part time at the Parks and Recreation Department in Sheridan. Mrs. Beck died Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at her daughters home in Sheridan at the age of 70. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Beck, a brother, Tony Davenport and a sister, Louise Purtle. Survivors: Son, Steve Threlkeld and wife Cozette of Sheridan; Daughter, Sherrie Tucker and husband Charles of Sheridan; Brothers, Dean Davenport of Little Rock; Danny Davenport of Sheridan; Sisters, Rachel Thompson and husband Glen of Little Rock; Netha Jones and husband Mac of Sheridan; Bobbie Windham of Sheridan; Linda Davenport of Sheridan; Special Granddaughters; Stacy Moltz and husband Bryan of White Hall; Amanda Lowery and husband Jody of Sheridan; Grandsons, Dr. Charlie Jack Tucker and wife Anna of East End: Aaron Threlkeld of Sheridan; Austin Rollans Threlkeld of Sheridan; great -grandchildren; Garett Keedy and Madison Moltz of White Hall; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Friday, June 4, 2010 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Shawn Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in the Ico Community. Visitation: 5 until 7 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Chris Yarberry, Dr. Charlie Jack Tucker, Aaron Threlkeld, Robert Purtle, Randy Threlkeld, and David Thompson.
