Reggie L. Pierce

Reggie L. "Paw-Paw Reg" Pierce, 69 of Conway, formerly of Sherwood, was introduced into his new home owned by Jesus Christ on June 2, 2010. Reg was born August 16, 1940 in Denver, Colo. to the late John M. and Alvora (Patterson) Pierce. Reg had a long career selling power equipment, in which he enjoyed traveling and making life-long friends. Reg touched many lives throughout his career and involvement in the Association of Builders and Contractors and North Little Rock Church Softball League. The highlight of his serving has been as lay-pastor at New Life Church since his retirement from business. Reg is survived by his wife of 50 years, Julia (Cypert) Pierce of Conway; children Rick Pierce and wife Mari of Vilonia, Rhonda Adams and husband Mark, Randy Pierce and wife Jennifer, and Shelly Dolan and husband Jimmy, all of Conway; brother John Pierce of Oceanside, Calif.; and the lights of his life, his 10 grandchildren Marissa McRae, Ryan Pierce, Trent, Tyler, and Tori Adams, Joshua, Jadon and Jaren Pierce, and Abbie and Ethan Dolan. He is also loved by many nieces, nephews and extended family, including numerous adopted ones. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, 2010 at New Life Church, Conway, with the Pastors and leadership of NLC officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday until service time. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Rest Hills Memorial Park, North Little Rock. Memorials may be made in Reg's name to NLC Kingdom Builders or Watoto Children's Choir, 633 S.
